4-5 mint leaves (plus more for garnish)
2 oz. gin
1 1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur
juice of 1/2 lemon
5 fresh raspberries
3-4 dashes of bitters
Drop three of the raspberries into a cocktail shaker and muddle at the bottom. Add ice. Tear 4-5 mint leaves and add to the shaker. Pour in gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice and a few dashes of bitters. Shake well and serve over a glass of ice. Garnish with a mint leaf, two whole raspberries and a lemon peel twist.
Notes, Tips & Substitutions
Substitution: Use any fresh berries you like!
Substitution: St. Germain is the classic elderflower liqueur but I found that St. Elder brand is just as good and much more affordable.
